The Service Export Fund (SEF) Grant of Malaysia is designed to support Malaysian Service Providers (MSPs) in expanding their global footprint and enhancing their competitiveness in international markets. This grant covers a range of export assistance activities that facilitate market entry, business expansion, and international project execution. Below are the key eligible activities under the SEF grant:
International Competition Participation – Covers travel and accommodation expenses for MSPs participating in global service industry competitions. (Up to RM 50,000)
Tender Bidding Support – Assists with travel, accommodation, and the cost of purchasing tender documents for international projects. (Up to RM 50,000)
Business Networking & Client Meetings – Funds travel and accommodation expenses for business negotiations, client meetings, and market exploration abroad. (Up to RM 100,000)
Project Execution Overseas – Supports travel and accommodation costs for providing consultation, supply, delivery, and implementation of overseas projects. (Up to RM 100,000)

Software & Equipment Leasing for Export Services – Funds the cost of renting software, machinery, or equipment essential for international service delivery. (Up to RM 200,000)
Logistics & Freight Costs for Export Projects – Covers sea, air, and land freight expenses for shipping Malaysian products or equipment overseas for awarded projects. (Up to RM 350,000)
