This grant covers a range of export assistance activities that facilitate market entry, business expansion, and international project execution. Below are the key eligible activities under the SEF grant:

  1. International Competition Participation – Covers travel and accommodation expenses for MSPs participating in global service industry competitions. (Up to RM 50,000)

  2. Tender Bidding Support – Assists with travel, accommodation, and the cost of purchasing tender documents for international projects. (Up to RM 50,000)

  3. Business Networking & Client Meetings – Funds travel and accommodation expenses for business negotiations, client meetings, and market exploration abroad. (Up to RM 100,000)

  4. Project Execution Overseas – Supports travel and accommodation costs for providing consultation, supply, delivery, and implementation of overseas projects. (Up to RM 100,000)

  5. Feasibility Study for International Projects – Provides financial assistance for conducting feasibility studies for foreign projects. (Up to RM 1,000,000)

  6. Establishing Commercial Offices Abroad – Covers the cost of setting up international business offices to enhance market presence. (Up to RM 200,000)

  7. Market Research & Business Intelligence – Supports the procurement of commercial intelligence reports to assess global business opportunities. (Up to RM 50,000)

  8. Prototype Development & System Localisation – Funds expenses related to prototype creation, system customisation, and localisation for international projects. (Up to RM 50,000)

  9. International Training & Skill Development – Covers travel, accommodation, and participation fees for training programs conducted locally or internationally (physical/virtual). (Up to RM 50,000)

  10. Global Certification for Export Services – Assists in obtaining international certifications, including sustainability compliance, to enhance credibility in global markets. (Up to RM 100,000)

  11. Software & Equipment Leasing for Export Services – Funds the cost of renting software, machinery, or equipment essential for international service delivery. (Up to RM 200,000)

  12. Logistics & Freight Costs for Export Projects – Covers sea, air, and land freight expenses for shipping Malaysian products or equipment overseas for awarded projects. (Up to RM 350,000)
