Eligibility & Required Documents:
Malaysian-Owned: Must be at least 60% owned by Malaysian citizens.
Registration Requirements: Must be registered with the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission (SKM), Local Authorities (PBT), or the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
Operating Duration: At least six months should pass while the company is in operation.
Annual Turnover: At least six months should pass while the company is in operation.
Previous Grants:MSMEs and cooperatives cannot have gotten Digitalization Matching Grants in the past.
