The Business Accelerator Programme for Indian Small Business (I-BAP) is a comprehensive assistance program designed to improve the capacities of small businesses via business consultancy services and financial support. This project funds a variety of capability-building activities to help MSMEs develop and expand their businesses locally and worldwide.

Matching grant: 50% of qualifying costs (maximum RM100,000).
Eligibility criteria:
Having a valid MSME Status Certificate
Sales turnover reaches RM300,000 annually
At least 60% native Indian ownership
Having a valid business premises licence from the local authorities
At least 12 months in operation from the date of application
- Complex documents: To ensure that you receive the grant, make sure your application has all the necessary supporting documents, such as project plans, financial projections, and technical reports.
Companies that have received BAP 3.0 funding are unable to apply.

Open to all economic sectors EXCEPT those associated to primary agricultural, finance, insurance, real estate, and securities trading sectors (preference will be given to high growth businesses).

Application is open from 7th October 2024 until the applications reach the maximum allocated commitment.
Companies are encouraged to first apply for MSME Status
Lastly it's very important to remember, the rush of applications are growing day by day, once it's opened 7th October 2024 there is huge amount of applications are expected to be submitted and as soon as the allocation amount reaches the limit, the grant is likely to be closed.
